Thor's opinions had been quite forceful, to the point where Loki found many verging on ridiculous. Even if he had done them, where Thor came from, Loki now certainly had no inkling of them, so he didn't understand why he should be punished.
If he ought to be punished at all. How was he to know whether or not those actions Thor accused him of had not been well-meant?
